Shipping policy

Unless otherwise advised, all shipping is provided by Courier, or by Australia Post sent as standard post. Free Postage does not include Tracking or Insurance for lost or damaged mail. If you wish to include these, please select the appropriate option at check-out.

 

Tracked Postage has insurance coverage up to the value of AUD$100​. Please contact me for a quote if you would like more coverage.

 

Your purchase will be shipped by the end the following Business Day. Please contact me directly if you need your purchase urgently and I'll do everything I can to get it sent the same Business Day.

 

International Orders can be placed, but shipping will need to be calculated manually to ensure an accurate price. Either

1. Contact me about what you'd like to purchase and I can let you know the cost.

2. Secure your order as "Pick Up from Workshop" and let me know your address so I can calculate the cost. If the price is too expensive I will process a refund to you.

Please note that some countries restrict the products that I can send to you.
